Every top hat we give is inspected, brushed, fitted and presented by a volunteer. No experience necessary. Formal attire encouraged but not required.

Hat Fitter
Measure heads, twice, and match each recipient to their perfect size. You will be trained on the tape and on the small bow that follows.

Distribution Center
Brusher & Sorter
Inspect, brush and shelve donated hats by size, height and level of shine. Calming, meditative work. Lint rollers provided.
Daily · flexible hours
Lost Hat Recovery
Wind Chaser
Join our rapid response team and recover hats lost to gusts. Must be able to run in a straight line while looking dignified.
