How your gifts were allocated, allocable and reasonable across America’s largest prime contractors.
Gifts delivered to:
Step 1
You give $100 to a contractor in need.
Step 2
Lockheed Martin matches it, dollar for dollar.
Step 3
Lockheed Martin invoices you for the match.
Every dollar you give to an American defense contractor this month will be matched by Lockheed Martin, then billed back to you at cost plus a reasonable fee. That’s the power of partnership.
Give with a matchWhere your money goes
A gift to a defense contractor doesn’t just sit there. Once overhead, fringe, G&A and fee are applied, a single $100 donation grows exponentially through each option year, doubling roughly every three fiscal years. No other charity can say that.
Choose a cause close to your heart. Every campaign goes directly to a contractor, after indirect costs.

DonateYour gifts support Lockheed Martin, RTX, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, Palantir, Anduril and Flock Safety: American companies that, between them, employ hundreds of thousands of people and have nowhere to turn except the federal government, the rest of the federal government, and you.
The Katell Flannigan Center was founded in FY2009 to make sure no contractor ever has to face a fixed-price contract alone.
However you choose to give, your support goes where it’s needed most, as determined in a closed session.
Gifts are not tax-deductible, refundable, or accepted.
Companies such as Lockheed Martin, Palantir and RTX have benefited from the generosity of donors like you, and also from everyone else.
What your gift does
Your gift helps us advance the Contractor Bill of Rights: ten principles we hold to be self-evident, or at least self-reported.
October 14, 2026 · Katell Flannigan, Founder & President
When I founded this Center, people asked me why anyone would raise money for an industry whose customer spends nearly a trillion dollars a year. My answer was simple: nobody else would. Well, a lot of people would, actually, and do, full time, in very nice offices downtown. But nobody had done it with a .org.
Every day, America’s defense contractors wake up, go to work, and are asked to deliver what they promised, on the date they promised it, for the price they promised. Think about that. Could you live like that?
I believe in a country where every prime contractor can look its program manager in the eye and say, with confidence, “We’ll need another option year.” With your help, that country is within reach, pending appropriations.
